BOEZOR

About

I've trained my whole life. BOEZOR is what it taught me.

Forty-five years old, three decades under the bar, still chasing my best shape — and now helping others reach theirs.

I'm Boe, and I've been an athlete since before I can remember. I started playing handball at five and stayed with it for over fourteen years, with real success along the way. There was competitive table tennis in there too — I played in my club's top team at ten. At seventeen, a year in the US introduced me to wrestling; I made it to the state finals, and in the process fell hard for resistance and bodyweight training. That year set the direction for everything that followed.

When I came home I kept training — seriously, and often to excess. Add it all up and it's around thirty years of lifting. I've always stayed natural; the only things in my cabinet are protein, creatine and a few vitamins. Training was never a phase for me. It's simply part of who I am.

Like a lot of lifelong lifters, I went through cycles of wanting to “really get back into it” and be in absolute top shape. At the end of 2023 I decided to actually do it — at forty-five, better than ever. For two years I trained five to seven times a week, but this time I went deep into the science: I tracked my calories and macros, prioritised sleep, and earned my trainer's licence. What struck me was that the science is genuinely enormous — you can go deeper forever — yet the pillars that actually move the needle are few, and nameable. That realisation became the BOEZOR recomposition system: a framework that also folds in the traditional gain, cut and bulk phases rather than pretending they don't exist.

In April 2025, calisthenics took over as my number-one focus. By then I'd built a physique I was genuinely proud of, and I wanted a new frontier. I studied everything I could find — CNS adaptation, fatigue management, grease-the-groove, competing training methods — and applied it to my own body.

None of this is about being exceptional. It's about proving that a normal person — training smart and staying consistent — can build the body they always wanted, at any age. That's what I want to help you do. I share as much free, genuinely useful information as I can, because more people deserve to know it's possible.

You always could. And it's worth it.
