So führst du sie aus
- 1Preparation and positioning. Set the bars or rings so the feet can reach a platform for a controlled mount and dismount.
- 2Entry. Use a step or low assistance to rise into support; avoid jumping into unstable shoulders. Establish straight elbows before the timed hold.
- 3Hold position. Press tall through the supports with elbows extended, shoulders controlled, ribcage over pelvis, and legs quiet.
- 4Alignment standard. Keep the head neutral and avoid hanging passively between the shoulders, flexing the elbows, or using the straps/body for support.
- 5Breathing and bracing. Breathe quietly while maintaining enough trunk and glute tension to prevent uncontrolled arching or swinging.
- 6Exit. Turn the rings back to neutral if applicable, lower to the platform with control, and release only after the feet are stable.
- 7Valid hold. Timing begins after stable straight-arm support is established and ends at elbow flexion, uncontrolled ring movement, loss of shoulder position, foot or strap assistance, or an unsafe dismount.
Häufige Fehler
Hanging between the shoulders
Korrektur: Press tall through straight arms without forcing the shoulders into an extreme depressed position.
Rings drifting away
Korrektur: Keep the rings close and reduce turnout or add foot assistance before they escape laterally.
Elbows softening
Korrektur: End the set at the first persistent elbow bend rather than extending the timer.
Dismounting from collapse
Korrektur: Return the rings toward neutral and lower to the platform while support is still controlled.
Sicherheit
Progressionen & Alternativen
- RegressionFeet-assisted Support Hold— Reduce strength, balance, or coordination demand while rehearsing the key pattern before returning to Parallel-bar Support Hold.
- ProgressionRing Support Hold— Increase load, range, instability, or skill demand after Parallel-bar Support Hold is repeatable through the planned volume with reserve and no technique drift.
- AlternativeStraight-bar Support Hold— Train a similar primary pattern with a different stability, equipment, or joint-loading profile when Parallel-bar Support Hold is impractical or poorly tolerated.
